Avoid this site. I had placed an order with this site and not ten minutes later decided to cancel my order. To which hours later I get a response telling me they can't cancel it because it had already shipped. But after looking up my order status on their site the same order had that same item listed as "awaiting shipment". Also if you look at there Write Us page it says "To request a final return of a defective product – not a product you don't like, not a product you regret buying, not to ask us a question about some other topic, NOTHING ELSE:
rma@woot.com". SO basically if you don't like something that's too bad you're stuck with it. how anyone could find a company that runs like this a good one is beyond me. (Unless they work for that company?)
