Buyer Beware. Customer Service is not high on their list. J & J International, Inc. I brought a lamp for my Samsung TV from J & J and it lasted only 5 months. It was still under warranty and all I had to do was sent the old part back to J & J Internation. This has been a nightmare. Horrible. I sent the part back with confirmation receipt by US postal service. J & J said they never received it and can not ship my new part until they receive the old part back. Even after I provided them with a confirmation number and a conference call with the post office manager, they still said that they did not receive the part and there was nothing they could do for me. I would just have to buy another part if I want to get my TV fixed. Well needless to say, I will NEVER buy another Samsung anything if this is the way their parts department handles their customers. This is a good indication of how this company works. Customer Service is not high on their priorty list. They got my money this time but never again.
