Ordered "discounted" parts on black friday, they had errors in their website's structure that added the WRONG motherboard to my order, ordered a gigabyte 880gm-USB3, they sent me a gigabyte 880gm-D2H. Called TWICE and informed the lady BEFORE IT WAS EVEN DELIVERED that something was wrong, they said there would be instructions inside the packaging to return and that i would not have to pay for shipping. Guess what.. after i got the package, there were NO instructions inside OR return label, just some poorly worded half-sentence of how to submit an RMA form online. I called up the next day letting the same lady know that i didnt receive any instructions or label inside and that i was upset that this wasnt even the product i ordered. she now told me i would have to pay a restocking fee and would have to pay for shipping out of my OWN pocket to return the item ($8.44 from UPS if i wanted to return it) and that it was my own fault that this product was sent. I informed her that according to their services on their page that they are supposed to perform tests to ensure quality items and such, that the motherboard they sent ISNT EVEN COMPATIBLE with the processor i ordered, she had no comment. On top of that, the price of the motherboard i DID order had gone up in price by that time and i would have to pay more for the difference. PortaTech does not do right by the customers and very much takes forgranted the fact that they can throw around their weight and expect the buyer to suffer because of their mixups. Thanks for nothing! Ill be sure to spread the word about how you treat customers. Next time ill go to Newegg
