All I can say is WOW! Everything I read about PingBattery building a superior product is absolutely true!!

Ping answered every single one of my questions with honest, caring responses.

I was very concerned about the product and outcome of the transaction but after this experience, I'll be coming back for more when I'm in need.

My 36v 20AH battery has preformed very well! It exceeds expectations, depletes slowly and has more than enough juice to get me to where I need to go.

If I had to say something negative it would probably be the weight but it still beats a lead acid battery ANY DAY!

Overall the energy capacity VS the weight is well worth it. If you are building your own electric vehicle or bicycle, PINGBATTERY is the way to go!!

After reading the one single post about a customer who chose to share his negative experience with Vapeworld.com I was a little skeptical about the company.

I was absolutely wrong to have any doubt in this company! Everything went perfect throughout the whole ordering process. No hassle's whatsoever.

Vapeworld EXCEEDED my expectations. I'll try not to get too in depth with my customer experience but I will express some positive key points that left me a happy customer.

Pros:

- Extremely well packaged
- Obvious care was taken with my order
- Order shipped out same day as payment was made
- Shipment arrived in just 4 business days
- FedEx delivery with detailed tracking
- Impressed with internal packaging
- Delicate items on top with plenty of packaging
- All necessary Buddha contents nicely placed in the carrying case
- Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service
- Received defective replacement quickly!
- 1st unit recieved had a slight defect and the necessary replacement components were shipped as soon as I contacted the company

Cons:

- NONE
- Poor merchant reputation on Reselleratings.com when it should be the complete opposite. I almost didn't order because of that 1 single review and reputation.

Hopefully my review makes a positive impact on Vapeworld.com because they truly are a legitimate company who exceed expectations of today's business practice.

I have done business with Supermediastore a couple of times now and I can assure you they have proper business practice.

The prices are right and so is the service. Delivery and packing materials were sufficient and met my expectations. I will definitely check Supermediastore for my needs in the future!
