The selection is very good and the sales staff, the cashier and even the return desk is handled politely and smoothly. I needed to get a replacement stylus for a Bamboo drawing tablet. I made a phone call to see if the item was available in the store. The sales person checked for me and when he saw it was not in stock, he quickly placed the order for me online. The process went without a hitch and the item arrived in my mailbox within a couple of days, as the sales person told me it would. I am very pleased with the personal service.
