Excellent, well organized website. Usually one of my main complaints regarding any online shopping is they always sucker you with the shipping. What I mean is they make you go through the entire checkout process & only at the very end do they tell you exactly how much the shipping is. My budget is usually very tight & I like to know how much the shipping is before I proceed w/ the checkout process. The HeadRoom's shopping cart & checkout process was excellent. As soon I proceeded to check out they told me right on the very first page how much the shipping was going to be before asking for my personal information, credit card #, etc. This makes me feel like I can trust them.
Like I said, the website was well organized & laid out. I really liked how you can search by price point & by brand. The reviews were thorough, objective, & conclusive. I had no questions what so ever about the several different reviews I read.
The HeadRoom was excellent in communicating with me. Unlike other online vendors who sometimes won't even send you an email telling you that your purchase is on the way, the HeadRoom sent me 2 separate emails:
1) A "verification" email showing the details of the item I purchased.
2) A "Packaged shipped" email notifying me that my item had been shipped.

I was pleasantly suprised by the quick shipping. I live on an island where it takes us a couple extra days to get things shipped. My item arrived quickly, before the arrival date in perfect condition. The item was exactly as described, no cheezy, suspicious re-packaging. I am extremely pleased w/ the item: Sennheiser HD 205. It is exactly what I wanted. I really wish all online vendors were as organized, efficient, & trusting as the HeadRoom. If you're serious about your music & want a good pair of cans, this is THE place to go.
