I ordered three bottles of pc water coolant and these guys shipped it in a USPS bubble envelope. WTF this stuff is poisonous and it leaked all in the package. I don't even think you can legally ship liquids, especially poisonous, in an envelope. My friend ordered water tube for them and it looked like the just picked it up off the shop floor. The tube was scared and marked up. People that buy stuff like this are enthusiasts and like to show it off, so ruffed up products shows me these guys don't care much about the customer or the hobby.

Jab-Tech has good prices but horrible customer service. I tried to find a phone number but was unsuccessful. I then emailed for a number and John basically told me the number and then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't answer if I called... HUH?!? How does that work? I had a defective product that cost me a lot of money. After spending over 600 dollars with jab-tech they at least owe you a phone call. I tried to work something out by email but John didn't believe it was defective and made my life difficult. I have spent a lot of money building my custom computer and it will just sit there waiting for John to make a decision (by email). Please go elsewhere for all your water cooling needs!!!

I have had a pleasant experience so far. I had a simple question and the customer service lady was on it. She was nice and knowable. I gave my order number and she gave me my answer. Usually at other places I would have to wait forever for someone to answer then ask my question to five incompetent people before getting a politician answer. I ordered was a hot item which other websites had inflated the prices on, but not sundial. A+++ I will update if I have problems. UPDATE: Had to call customer service because my product was damaged. They said we will take care of it and they did. Still a Happy camper :)

I always am willing to give someone a chance... i read some reviews and considered the 25$ savings i was going to get from Nextwarehouse. I wanted to save some money so i ordered with them. I haven't heard or received an emails or packages in the mail. The only thing I got is a bill so far and its going on the second week. If it wasnt for the low prices i dont think these guys wouldn't make it long. I have received packages for HONG KONG faster. Don't charge me for something unless it has shipped! never again
