The watch is incredible. It was all what was described. Pictures reflected the size and details very well. We are so happy with this watch. They do not answer the phone on weekends ant it takes for ever to get this so called \u0022friendly\u0022 representative. I was very scared.. I even called the bank and they told me I could start a claim and get all my money back. I used BOA credit card through my Paypal account. It was here where we had a communication problem. They had sent the items but I was never informed of the shipping info, days later they arrived, the company sent me the tracking number, useless of course. I cannot say they are a scam, because I got the items new and right price. I would suggest the company to improve their communication channels. You NEED to call them to approve the purchase and they will offer you cards, accessories and insurance.(I did not buy any)It was here where they told me I could not but 2 items with the card directly so I asked them for the Paypal link and they did.(this was 1 week after I placed the order for the first time)<br>[UPDATE] Just today, a real friendly representative called me and apologized for the misunderstanding from their part. They will send the missing items and will give me free UV filters (I would have preferred SD cards)for the inconvenience. I am so glad they read these reviews and that they worry about their customers. Way to go!
