I too was scammed by SOYO. I purchased motherboards from both NewEgg and ZipZoomFly with rebates. NewEgg sent emails to all SOYO board purchasers to ensure that they received their rebates, one way or another. ZipZoomFly, after failing to respond to my emails at least twice, simply pulled the SOYO boards from their website. Soyo answers your emails every time, with BS.
I wish that I could say only their customer service is bad however, one board died after only one month of service. I wasn't willing to call them long distance to get an RMA, especially after reading on their website that there is a $5 handling fee for warranty replacements!
No rebate as promised, motherboard DOA after one month, and $5 to replace it AFTER a long distance phone call to SOYO tech support. Stick with Asus.
I encourage everyone to do as I did, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. It's online and easy. Simply go to www.ftc.gov and click on the "File a Complaint" link located near the top of the home page.
