I purchased a Samsung 55 inch LED tv from Buydig and I purchased a warranty from Mack on top of it. After two years of use my main board went bad and I had to have it repaired. I wrote to them not once but twice before I received a response (which took them two weeks) and then I had to wait another two weeks before they had anyone come to my home. It is the only tv I own and I told them I would like a rental tv when I called them. The woman on the phone told me this was not their problem and they could not provide me with a loaner tv. So, I was without my tv for awhile and the customer service lady was completely rude! I paid good money for a warranty that leaves you hanging for a month before anything is done. This is the reason I will NEVER buy a warranty contract from them again. I will go to Best Buy or HH Gregg and pay a little more if I have to cause I know their service is a lot better. I have never felt this way about any other company I have ever done business with. Buyer beware!

Vice President of the company called me and promised to make things right for me. Warranty work was ok'd through the company still waiting on a response from the repair company. I felt good about my situation after talking with him but still feel slighted by customer service because of waiting almost two months but Dave was very courteous and put my mind at ease about this company.

Buydig is a GREAT company! Not only are they the cheapest out there but their customer service is AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a tv or any other electronics they sell.
