Excellent, fast service. I had ordered 2 8GB CF cards and only one came. A simple phone call to Newegg and they made good on mistake with no questions asked. The second card arrived within 4 days. Have done business many times before with Newegg and this is only one of the reasons why.

Not good! I purchased a piece of camera equipment over two months ago. I was was told it was in stock and it would be shipped. It wasn't and two months later I am still try to get the equipment or a refund. They don't answer emails and make false promises when you can get them by phone. With som many other merchants selling camera equipment on the internet put this place at the bottom of your list.
