What a headache this company is. I ordered a Waterford wall sconce for $520.00 in January. I was told it would be shipped in the middle of February. What a joke! Then it was April and then May! After that you could never get a real person on the phone. I canceled my order in May and was offered a 5% discount to change my mind. They have to be kidding! They had my money since January and all they were offering was 5%. I said no please continue with my cancellation. I never received my refund. After numerous emails with no response I disputed it with my credit card company. I finally received my credit in June. This was a big lesson! Read the reviews before ordering! It would have saved me a lot of grief!
