Was attracted to this site mainly bc pricing. The reseller ratings were also good, so I decided to try it out. Purchased a Michael Kors rose gold watch. The site states that deliveries to FL will take 2-3 days, took a lot longer than than bc they used ups smart post. Slowest service ever but shipping was free. What really let me down was their cust svc. When I asked about why the shipping was so long, they were careless and reluctant to answer. When i brought up that I had spoken to a rep and that she had told me I would rcv in 2-3 days the cust svc supervisor said that I placed my order online so NO PERSON could have said that....basically accused me of LYING! Once I showed him the online transcript, he stood quiet. However, the watch arrived and was amazing! Clean, new --- greeeeeeeat products!

Purchased some headphones on 12/1 and they arrived very quick! The quality and pricing amazing! Spoke with a rep. by the name of Diana who was as sweet as can be :) Will def buy again!

on 12/1 I called in to verify that the item wanted was in stock being that this order was/is time sensitive. I spoke with a very polite rep who advised that the unit was IN stock and would ship the very same day from their KY office. I didnt rcv tracking or updates for days. So, 12/5 I called in and spoke w a rep who said that there was no note of me calling in and speaking with a rep nor placing my order over the ph...??? How can this be? He said that my accessories were on back order. But why was I not told this. However, he said he would ship everything that very same day, bc coincidentally my accessories arrived THAT day. I waited for tracking, nothing. The next day, later in the evening I rcvd a tracking num. Ill update as soon as I rcv.

So I rcvd the item today and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the way the unit was shipped :)

“The Boss receiver you inquired about was in-fact available; unfortunately, the vehicle specific installation accessories you needed were temporarily backordered, causing the delay you experienced. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. After speaking together, we split your merchandise so the radio would be sent ASAP. Your accessories have just arrived into our warehouse and are being processed for shipment today; you'll be receiving another tracking confirmation for that package shortly. You should have been contacted prior to calling us to resolve your discrepancy; we'd like to make this up to you. We've contacted you in hopes of reconciling the delay, and ensure your complete satisfaction with us. We look forward to hearing from you soon!”

An email was sent out on my behalf. It was answered 2 days later.I am not dumb, and can see that your company is web based. However, my spam folder is checked daily, nothing was received. If that us the case please forward me the original email. Continuous excuses, no apologies.

What a poor excuse. If electronic payment causes such incoveniences, it shouldn't be offered. Notice the company doesn't mention anything about their horrible lack of communication. If this was the case, why wouldn't they say so in their reply to me....unprofessional.


By far, this was the worst buying experience ever! I ordered my product november 8. Immediately I received confirmation. After checking my order status a few days later, I read that my order had been reviewed and pulled. That was the last update received. I emailed asking for a delivery time estimate and again received an immediate response advising that my unit would ship within 2 to 3 days. 4 days later, still no tracking. their site also has no update. Still reflecting the pulled status. I again email, no response. sadly their site does not have a number. I finally found their number on my paypal receipt. When I called, thursday, they were closed. I call friday, no ones available to answer. I left a voicemail, til today no call. 24 hrs later im emailed that my items on backorder. So basically if it want for me hounding them , I would have been left waiting. very unprofessional.

“There was a delay with this order because it was an ELECTRONIC payment. From the time the payment was submitted till the time it cleared, and till it was completely processed, the product sold out. We are first, foremost, an Internet company. Our primary method of communications is email, and if you read all the other reviews here, we respond to emails within minutes.

When calling us, and if all operators are unavailable, you are directed to send an email. The customer should check his spam folders for any responses if he experienced any delays. The order has been canceled out.”
