“There was a delay with this order because it was an ELECTRONIC payment. From the time the payment was submitted till the time it cleared, and till it was completely processed, the product sold out. We are first, foremost, an Internet company. Our primary method of communications is email, and if you read all the other reviews here, we respond to emails within minutes.
When calling us, and if all operators are unavailable, you are directed to send an email. The customer should check his spam folders for any responses if he experienced any delays. The order has been canceled out.”

“The Boss receiver you inquired about was in-fact available; unfortunately, the vehicle specific installation accessories you needed were temporarily backordered, causing the delay you experienced.
