I was not impressed with my Groupon experience. I purchased a package for laser hair removal which was $239. I went to the salon that the groupon was for and the staff treated me poorly. They were rude and the quality of service was non existant. I explained to groupon that i was unhappy with my experience so they decided to credit me on groupon the $239. This of course did not include the $40 tax i paid at the salon. Unfortunately i have not found anything else in the past 2 months. I asked for my money back onto my credit card and they said they are unable to do so. If I never use groupon again i will never be able to use my money! If they were about customer service they should be more concious of what they are selling and value their customers money and time. That is 280$ waisted on trying to get a "great deal" on groupon.
