“Ordered MagicMesh screen. They said it would ship is 5 to 7 days ordered April 14. Then they sent an email update and said they are on back order but they would be in by April 30. Emailed them again May 23 They said it shipped on the 16th. On-line system said the order was - In process shipping-. What the. Emailed again on May 25 got a response that they got my email. I called them May 29 and the representative said they are on back order and are coming in shortly. When I asked for a refund the rep said fine and hung up on me. What a jerk......... That's customer service.. Oh by the way Target has plenty in stock. Oh yah they said the refund will be by check mailed in 5 to 7 days.”
