I have ordered a couple of times from CellularAccessory.com and was very pleased every time. There was only one "glitch", and that had to do with the manufacturer (Samsung) discontinuing a part that Cellular Accessory could no longer get (It is interesting to note that the part in question was still being advertised on the SAMSUNG website as well, but they couldn't ship it, either). I spoke with a customer service rep about this particular order (I think it might have been Joel) and encountered none of the rudeness or "talking over" that others have alleged here. He was friendly and professional. A prompt refund of the part of the order they couldn't get was issued as soon as they found out the status (discontinued) of the accessory.

Frankly, I'm sorry that they appear to be out of business at this time (November, 2011). I would gladly order from them again.
