Ordered 3 items. Received 1 item week later. The invoice stated one item was "Discontinued by Manufacturer" even though they still list it for sale and according to the manufacturer it is not discontinued. Tried calling for 4 days before I was able to get through. Customer Service agent said he would have the 2nd item sent that day or the next at the latest. After 2 weeks, I called back again (tried for another 2 days before I could get through). I was told that he would call back with a status within an hour - no call. I called again, then was told that it was out of stock and manufacturer was sending it from GA. Rep would email me the tracking number that day. Never received an email. Web site does not allow you to login the check status of the orders even though it is listed as being able to do so. 2nd item finally arrived 5 weeks from the initial order time.
Definitely will not do business with them again no matter how good the prices are. Not worth the hassle. It must be 2 guys working out of their house or something..
