I received a Jaton GeForce 6800 for Christmas that was ordered from this company. It was shipped and delivered on time, as far as I know, but I have a complaint upon opening the card. It's been opened before. The shrink-wrapping on the box was new, but the sticker holding the static bag shut had very clearly been torn at one side, and was not stuck down when I opened it. As a relatively inconsequential side note, the card was also packed in the box such that it and everything else in the package fell into my lap upon opening it, but I don't know if this is how Jaton packs things, or if it had been re-packed poorly, so I cannot (and I don't encourage anyone else) to lay the blame for this at the feet of YesMicro. Upon inspecting the card, it does not appear to have any physical damage, and the AGP connectors do not have any visible scratches on them (which would very definitely indicate that the card was inserted into an AGP slot).
What I'm guessing happened is that the card was returned by a previous customer as functional but not wanted, and YesMicro re-shrinkwrapped it and sent it back out to me. A new card was paid for and expected, and I'm somewhat annoyed that a new card wasn't received. I haven't had an opportunity to contact customer service about this matter, but I intend to this coming monday, and will definitely keep this updated to reflect my experience. The other reviews have me very hopeful about this matter.
