Two days after I order, they hit me up with the verify email which is really a scam so they can try to sell me the extended warranty. After declining, they deliberately wait over 2 weeks before sending the TV despite their site saying they ship within 24-48 hours and despite them telling me they would have shipped immediately had I ordered the extended warranty. The TV arrives broken and they promise to ship a new one to arrive within a week and take back the broken one at that time. The week passes, not only have they not shipped anything, but then they want photos of the damage, so I unbox the TV again, take the pictures and send them to them. Now they claim it will be a couple weeks before they send me the replacement as they wait to be reimbursed by insurance (which they charged for shipping insurance, a hefty 7 or so percent.) They also make the argument that they don't want to be paying for 2 TV's at once, which is bologna since they had already charged my credit card so I was the only one with any charged money and no product. Customer service manager is Elliot and the salesguy and owner is named Henry. Neither has a clue about how to treat a customer or resolve a problem properly. Fortunately using a credit card provides some decent protection from these thieves, but I have to wait a full month before I can proceed by that route.
