I've been using Sager for about 10 years now. I've had great service from my local guy who sells them. I live close to the main warehouse and have been there once and was treated great and they took care of the issue while I waited. I did have one laptop that the monitor lid cracked after about 4 years, they found a used one for me and of course I had to pay for it. I've had a Toshiba that did the same thing though. My Sager rep has really treated me great - he is Chinese so maybe he has a special "in" with the company. He does most repairs and warranty issues himself - impressed with his service. Right now I have a model M57RU. My only complaint is the key board keys could be a little more crisp
