I wish I had seen this site before I purchased from onlinecarstereo.com! WHAT A RIP-OFF OUTFIT! I bought a car stereo deck from them, turned it on and it HISSED AND SMOKED. Contacted "customer service" and was told that I will not get a refund and that I can ship the unit back at MY EXPENSE and that I should insure the shipment. Then, when they get around to it, they'll send it to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. They said this process takes an AVERAGE 6-8 WEEKS. So I get to spend more money hoping to get a unit that doesn't catch fire, and I can wait 2 months or so to get it? REALLY???
I then wrote a polite but not favorable review on the product and service, their automated response said my review would be checked by onlinestereo.com before being published to the website. Needless to say, it didn't get published. I thought it was strange that so many of their products had "no reviews." I suspect they DO have reviews, but they don't get published unless they're positive.
DON'T DEAL WITH THIS RIP-OFF OUTFIT!!!
