Like every other customer, I ordered a product I needed for Christmas that I place at the end of November. By the time the 11th had come and I haven\u0027t heard from them I emailed them. It was t until three days later that they finally notified me that they were out of stock and had cancelled my order. The Better Business Bureau is hearing from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Worst customer service I\u0027ve ever received. Ace should be ashamed of themselves! They are a large company and allowing this to happen is disgraceful!
