As a longtime B&H customer, I usually like to go to the store's physical site to touch and feel the camera, recorders, mics and accessories I plan to purchase. However, I could not resist taking advantage of the "days before Christmas" specials from the online store. The items arrived exactly as promised and are now in use. I still prefer to go to the store so I can discuss the pros and cons of items with the knowledgeable staff but it is good to know I can trust to have the same quality of service from the online store.

It is always a pleasure to shop, or even just look, at J & R. I have been a customer for as long as I have been in NYC - almost 20 years. I needed a good, inexpensive, HD digital camera and noticed in the Village Voice ad that a Sony 190 was on sale and made a trip downtown. I ended up buying a printer I needed as well as replacement cartridges, the camera, extra battery and a 32G SD. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, courteous and knowledgable about all the products and helped me make the right decision for my needs. I will continue to shop at J & R. I prefer going to the store as opposed to ordering online because I enjoy touching the product and the interaction with the salespeople to better understand what I am buying.
