Worst customer service ever. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SAGER AGAIN.

- Laptop malfunctioned within one year of very careful use.
- Couldn't honor an RMA that was one month over expiration (I couldn't send it in for repair during school).
- Tech support is a impossible to get a hold of.
- Emails are replied in broken English.
- Would not comply at all with shipping request via USPS Priority to save me $50.

My entire experience with PowerNotebooks was above and beyond. Before even buying anything the customer service was superb. Helped me build a laptop suitable for my needs and actually helped me save a couple hundred dollars. Donald was very informative and was always willing to do whatever he could to accommodate my needs. He got my order to me in a week and a half, which is amazing because my unit was in very high demand.

PowerNotebooks will definitely be my first stop in the future and I will be recommending them to all my friends.
