I purchased a dishwasher door seal for $34 which every other place wanted ~$65 for. I placed the order late Friday afternoon and it shipped the same day, and arrived at my house the next Tuesday. Oh yeah, the shipping is only $6.99.

I will definitely use them in the future.

One more thing, I rarely leave reviews, but these guys knocked my socks off!

Very satisifed.

There was a little hick-up, but that was because I accidently entered an invalid email address. And my contacts prescription is so severe they wanted to verify that it was correct before they shipped. Once I got back in touch with them and cleared up the email snafu, they shipped them out immediately, and I received them shortly thereafter.

I look forward to purchasing more contacts from them in the future.

I bought a 512meg stick of Corsair XMS 3200C2 memory and they shipped it out immediately. I honestly thought that a company of this size would take a week to get it out, but they were Johnny on the spot with the shipping. I couldn't ask for anything better.

This was the first time I purchased something from The Heatsink Factory, and it definitely won't be the last. I ordered a Swiftech MCX4000HS/F over a weekend, my order shipped Monday and I received it 2 days later. Simply amazing! I even emailed them today, Sunday, regarding a fan that I wished to purchase and I received a response 3 minutes after I sent the email. This floored me as I honestly wasn't expecting a reply until tomorrow, at the earliest. Two thumbs, WAY up, for this company.
