1800 contacts promises a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. However, I have purchased contact in August and did not realize that they sent me the incorrect prescription until I needed to use the contact. When I contacted their offices to get the correct prescription they indicated that I needed a new prescription from my doctor. Now I have to pay a new doctors visit, which defeats the purpose of ordering from them. The way the economy is I cannot afford to keep paying doctor visits. I don't understand if they made the mistake. Why do I need to pay again for the doctor and for the new contacts? I am very dissatisfied with this company. Also you cannot seem to get the same answer from their costumer service agents. They are not consistent with their answerers or service. I do not recommend this to any one. People are better off going to their doctors and getting it right the first time.
