STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They practice taking your money and charging you to get it back after they don't perform their job! I placed orders and payed extra to have them processed within 2 days. A month later they still couldn't tell me where my order was and promised to refund my money. One item - a Sony TFT monitor was never shipped and when they finally figured out what happened to it, they said the part number changed. Good for me, the new part was over $100 less! Unfortunaltely, I have yet to receive the price difference, nor the refund on the mis-shipping (it's now October)!!! After being promised they would refund my money, I got an e-mail from a person claiming that the person I was dealing with no longer worked for the company and that they couldn't refund my money because they don't use the merchant any longer!!!!!!! What an absolute load of CRAP! Do yourselves a favor and pay an extra 30% to deal with ANYONE else!
