I'm a little disappointed with TigerDirect.com’s performance as of late. An order I placed nine days ago for two in-stock parts has still not shipped. Today, I received an email stating that my “recent order may have been delayed due to the integration of a major systems upgrade”. When I went to their site to view my order, “In Process” is all that displayed. I called TigerDirect’s customer service number for more information only to speak with a machine that essentially offered the same information as the website. I don’t now how to get through to a person anymore, and don’t have the time to wade through TD’s new automated phone system. If my parts don't ship by Wednesday, I’ll take the time to stop payment and cancel the order.
Update - 8/16/05:
As of today (8/16/05), TigerDirect has not shipped the "In Stock" DFI motherboard I ordered on 7/27. The case I ordered arrived last week. Despite my better judgment, I'll wait for the motherboard to arrive instead of canceling this item.
