Ordered from Motorola's online store a V3 Razar with T-Mobile monthly service. Order arrived by date promised. When setting up a voice tag the phone would freeze-up, V3's BSD. Called T-Mobile for help, but after talking to tech support, they advised I call Moto. When calling Moto tech support, they could not figure out the problem and asked for my order number. After being disconnected 3 times and going over the story each time a rep told me my phone was not from Moto, but Inphone. I know I ordered it from Moto! I think it is diceptive of Moto to allow their customers in thinking they are ordering from them, but in actuallity it is from a 3rd party!
“This order was shipped from California. We are not stationed in Hong Kong. The purchase was made on the 16th for a JVC KD-HDR20, and on the same day we shipped it out with free accessories. It took only 3 business days (weekend excluded) to deliver to its destination on the 21st.
If the product is defective, a return label has been issued to send it back so we may replace it or refund. Item has factory warranty since we are JVC authorized dealer, which means that if there is a defect the customer can deal with us or JVC directly. The item was new and manufacturer box was never opened.
And there was only an email sent on the 24th, same day of this review. We were quick to reply and give instructions of return as well.”
