I contacted them initially with some questions, they were prompt, honest, and knowledgable. When i purchased my laptop it took about 2 weeks to ship.. but realize this is a CUSTOM BUILT machine! This is actually quite a short turn around on a handmade laptop. Lots of options so you can really get the custom machine you want. Its fast. So fast that its probably on par with my desktop which cost nearly twice as much... thats a real testament to the tweaking and testing they do! Would i reccomend it?
