2/17/06 Arranged the deal via AIM & was able to get them to call me to close the deal. Finished on the phone because their website was not fully secure. However, phone was difficult because of heavy accent. Phone service via 800# was non-existant (on hold for 1/2hr so I hung up) AIM service was good. 2/18 Other reviews have me worried. Order was placed on Fri before holiday no word yet. 2/17 Tried to IM customer service for a tracking number and no response. 2/21 Price billed to CC is $1 more than agreed price. 2/23 IM got tracking number.
Concerns: online states I'm getting a different part than what I paid for. Paid for retail and I might be getting OEM. 2/28 Parts arrived both were retail packaging genuine and sealed.
Would use PC-Ontime again if the parts and price is right.
