Very bad. I bought a MBA from MacMall 3 months ago and couldn't have been more careful with it. I didn't bang it on anything, drop it or knock anything against it. So I was obviously confused when a relatively small crack appeared on the LCD behind the screen literally out of nowhere and without anything happening to it. Now the small crack is a rather large crack going off in many directions. And the worst thing is that they won't let me return it or have a new replacement. It's totally unacceptable since it's obviously a quality issue. I will NOT buy another product from MacMall, NEVER!
