I ordered a Bersa magazine from this company on 6-11-09. There was no indication the product was unavailable. My credit card was charged $36.50 on the same day, $28.00 plus $8.50 S&h. When I checked on the status of my order, it was listed as processing.
I checked on the status of the magazine several times and it was still always listed as available for sale.
I contacted the company on 1-18-10 and was told the magazine was still on back-order. It was still shown as available on their web-site.
Finally, on 5-5-10, I e-mailed to cancel the order. The e-mail requested that I call and confirm the cancelation. I called on 5-6-10 and canceled the order. I was told the $36.50 would be credited back to my credit card but it would be two weeks. My billing cycle is the 25th of the month so it should have been on the May statement. It was not. I called again and was told the refund was processsing.
I got my June statement today, still no refund.
I wish I had found this website before I had ever ordered from a bunch of crooks like Tactical Gun Armory. Since their web-site continued to list the Bersa magazine during this whole period of time, I can only imagine how many people have been swindled by this outfit. They do need to be shut down and prosecuted.
