I was initially disappointed that a well known company like "Airsplat.com" would sell a $299. M-8 airsoft gun, that doesnt come with a battery nor do they carry a battery for it!! I have given this to my son for Christmas. I called Airsplat on 12/28/11 to order a battery that I assumed came with the gun. (upon reading the decription more closely, this was my mistake since it specifically stated the battery was not included). A sales rep sent me a battery they were hoping to work. But it didnt.
I was happy that they worked with me to allow me to return the gun and battery.
