Service today was excellent as it usually is. Had to have an order adjusted after being placed. Have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Recently purchased an Epson EMP-TW600 from Eastporters.com. At first I was a little concerned due to the check out process using a Canadian Business account through paypal to accept Credit Card Payments. Yet the huge savings prompted me to send the order in despite the concerns.

Well I shouldn't have been worried. Placed the order Friday and DHL made an attempted delivery the next Monday. I was expecting a Deutsche Post Parcel so I actually emailed EP.com for a tracking number only to find the delivery attempt wasn't my DP parcel. It was my projector, way way ahead of when I though it would be showing up.

Unit worked perfectly right out of the box, only thing that needed doing was changing the menus to english with the help of the english owners manual on EP.coms site.
