I've been ordering stuff off and on from these guys for a while now. The last order I placed, #13939 was last July right after the virtue crown was released. Even though a lot of other shops online were "out of stock" and this item was hard to find, ANS gear had it packed and shipped to me by the next day, and I had it in my hands two days later. I will continue to rely on them for most of my parts purchased in the future.

This is one of the very few sites that I will buy from online. They're fast, excellently priced and absolutely reliable. Their customer service is courtious as well - with my last order, the RAM I purchased was simply incompatible with my hardware. CS rep Peter was quick to assist me and arranged for a full refund RMA. Thanks!

I placed my order for a compact flash card on 10/19 at 11pm, and recieved my order today, 10/21. These guys never cease to amaze me with their stellar service, low prices and nose-bleed shipping. (It's extra fast because I'm really close to their drop-ship centers)

This is the 7th or 8th order I've placed with them, and even when I had a hard drive die 2-days past the return date, they exchanged it for me with the same nose-bleedingly fast shipping I've come to love.

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! BUY HERE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Placed order 3 days before they were supposed to "go on vacation." Ordered 2nd day shipping on this order. Got no response nor confirmation until 8 business days later when they had "canceled" my order. These guys are a Joke. They sent me an email today claiming that "We tried to contact you several times with no success". Maybe if they had called the phone number I gave them, or sent me an email, it might have worked.

Took my business to B&H Photo who got it to me in 2 days.

Was going to place an order for some USB2.0 gear (cards and external drive cases) And came up with a Pricewatch advertised total of $88 before shipping. Much to my surprise, they wanted to charge another $57 in shipping! In my book, that's called -FRAUD-

Ordered a Nokia monitor on their site which was advertised to work at 1600x1200 maximum resolution on their site. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Their advertisement is patently false! That monitor is actually a very poor performer and tops out at 1280x1024 @ 60Hz. Obviously I did not get what was advertised.
