The gun we ordered did not work. We tried some trouble-shooting ideas but they would not fix the problem. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one but John the customer service manager would not do it. He would not do anything. They say they have a 7 day return policy. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, \u0022Thats not gonna happen.\u0022 He said there was no manufacture\u0027s warranty on there guns and I was out of luck. I will never order from them again.
