Her birthday came and went and the next day still had not received the flowers. Called the following day and spoke to a rep. who states she couldn\u0027t find any record of the order even though I explained it was noted as a transaction on my credit card. Took all the information down again and stated she would complete this order and give a 15% discount and $20 gift card ( I suppose so someone else could be disappointed on their special day). At the end of the order information and one hour on the phone, the rep. tells me these flowers are not available for delivery to her area.
