Our credit card payments are processed by ClickBank, an industry leading processor which has handled over 2 billion dollars in sales over their ten-year history. If your card was double-billed, there was either an extremely rare glitch of some kind or you inadvertently clicked the "Submit" button twice (which does happen on occasion). Any problems with billing or with downloading your purchased software are easily resolved by contacting us at support@repairsurge.com. I'm a little confused why you would give our company a bad reputation before even seeing our response to your email. But I hope we were able to resolve this for you.
