“I ordered a specific bolt and washer for a Little Wonder leaf blower on 28 NOV 2011. It was the only place I could find that actually matched the part number. I ordered two of each to cover me in the future. A simple $10.36 order where the cheapest shipping charges were $6.41. I needed the part to keep the impeller from spinning off my leaf blower. It's Fall, and I have lots of leaves to clear up. A week later, still no parts. I use the contact page and get no response. The credit card was charged immediately of course. I've since written back requesting order be cancelled and credit card be refunded within the next three days or I will dispute charges. I should have looked at reviews of this site beforehand, but was too excited to see that the actual genuine part was apparently in stock. I now question whether they have anything in stock. Looking at Google street view of their address where all the windows are blocked with posters, the doors covered in white paper, and the size of the building, I doubt they have inventory of much of anything. And maybe not even a real brick and mortar presence.
