Great experience at Bike Bling so far...

I just ordered a custom Intense Uzzi from Kerry and Andy at Bike Bling. Its hard to find a shop that will put a custom bike like this together for you, but Bike Bling has really gone out of their way. They are telliing me one week.

If you order a mountain bike, order from Andy. I typically have a million questions with a large investment like this and Andy was patient. He took a lot of time (1+ hours total) to help me spec out a bike for the exact type of riding I do in the Sierra Nevadas.

Kerry was busy, but great to work with. He answered my emails and phone calls typically within the same day. Kerry honored the discount listed on their website and even let me make a few upgrades while maintaining the original price.

An employee named Michaelangelo typically answered the phone. If I order a new road bike, I'll order from Michaelangelo. He was experienced and a good listener.

It may seem like these guys are busy (especially Kerry), but remember the shop is in Southern California. That is the culture there and I could tell they were handling a lot of orders.

If you are in the market, give these guys a call. Seems like a good group of people. This was a big purchase for me and so far the customer service has been great. I didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommended....

Picked up my Uzzi last week. The guys at Bike Bling had the bike put together 2 days early. Very friendly staff and a really nice shop.

Some of the recent reviews have been tough. I noticed the shop is extremely busy and moving a lot of high end bikes and parts. If you are patient, this is an excellent shop.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience, scored an Uzzi at a great price in one week, and I will definitely return.
