I am very happy with my recent purchase experience with Revzilla. When my product arrived, there were no surprises since I had been able to watch a video review of the item. Due to the thorough explanation on the video review, I knew what size to order, so there was no need to go through the return or exchange process. Though I will say that the generous return program did help when making my decision as to who I would ultimately order from. Communication regarding my order was promptly sent and contained all the information I needed to track my item to my door. The shipping estimate was accurate and packaging was adequate. I would gladly shop with Revzilla again in the future based upon this favorable experience.
