“Order received on 04/24/2006 and was shipped on 04/25/2006 with delivery date of 04/27/2006. There are rare instances where the item will be oversold beyond stock as we are not here 24/7, but this was not the case. The item shipped was received from the manufacturer and manufacturer defects do exists. We do not open or inspect the box contents before shipment. If the item is defective a simple email or a phone call can resolve the problem immediately.”
