These guys are awesome and I will definitely buy from here again. From the getgo, customer service was fantastic and lives up to everything they state on the website as they were very thorough with answering all of my questions regarding picking up Herman Miller and transitioning from a crappy $99 dollar chair. The order went through flawlessly and got it in good working order.

I had an issue with putting the chair together and the reps were fantastic as well going so far as even putting together a quick video just for me demonstrating some issues I had with bolts free spinning in the back. Unfortunately, due to some more issues with seating the nuts they went through and put in a warranty request for me to have the back of the chair replaced and shipped within a few days.

Awesome customer service and great people. Keep up the good work! Everything is 5 stars except for the cost, but that isn't their fault since they're bound by manufacturer guidelines regarding pricing so the chairs are pretty much priced the same at a lot of authorized dealers.

Just ordered a pair of Dainese Drake Air textile pants from RevZilla.

The pants were originally out of stock even though the site said they had them in stock, so I got a prompt email from Matt of RevZilla apologizing for them being out of stock and crediting my account 5 dollars for the inconvenience which caught me by surprise. Very cool so far.

Afterwards, Matt emailed me saying that he was able to track down a pair of Drakes from a distributor and would try to ship them out to me as soon as they arrived. Low and behold, they arrive and ship out within a business day of arriving.

After poking around the internet, I saw that a competitor had the pants on sale for cheaper than what RevZilla had listed them as so I submitted a price match request. Again, Matt promptly responded crediting my account the difference between the competitor shipped and RevZilla shipped.

It was a pleasure doing business with RevZilla and I will definitely be back again for the 2010 Dainese collection.
