I recently purchased two laptop keys from Laptopkey.com for my acer aspire laptop that had two keys pulled off by a friend's toddler. I sent an email before my purchase to double check I was purchasing the correct keys and the person who emailed me back was extremely helpful and very courteous. I live in an semi-isolated area in Northern Canada and expected the keys to take a while to arrive but they were here within 6 business days! I had no issues whatsoever with the product I received and I (who is mechanically challenged at best) was able to install my two missing keys in less than 30 seconds They have great installation videos and are extremely easy to follow. The prices were extremely reasonable as was shipping. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will be telling all my friends. If you need replacement keys check them out.
