I ordered 2 X-box to USB cables on 10/16/05, I only paid 8 for the product and 8 for 2 day shipping, so its only a total of 16$. In their shipping policy it states that domestic UPS shipments ship with in 1-2 days. Since the 16th was a Sun. then you would expect to see the order on at least Fri. but no I didnt. I have tried to call every # on the website and even the # associated with the transaction on my billing statement, all of the mail boxes are either full or cant take messages ALL WEEK LONG and there is no getting a call back from leaving multiple numerical pages. You would think since email support is DOWN, and so is the live chat, that they would cover the phones, but no I cant get a CSR on the phone for nothing. They have my money and I have a tracking # that doesnt mean crap to UPS, I called them, at least I could get them on the phone to tell me there isnt any shipping info associated with the tracking #. Im not so much mad about the 16 bucks, its that I as a customer have never been neglected anywhere else near this badly. I do not recommend this site to anyone who enjoys prompt shipping and dealing with a company who cant hold up to their own policies. I dont know how a business with this kind of rep can even stay in business. I mean you would expect to see some kind of response with in a week to the customer, I mean we are the reason they even have the chance to become a vendor!!
