I purchased the Blue Mercedez Benz Electric Ride on car for my grand son for his 4 year birthday in January 2010. When he received it his mom and dad charged it and it worked for a matter of a few hours when it started blowing fuses. After many phone call some of which went to a voice mail that only said the mailbox was full a new battery was sent in March. When the new battery was received and charged it did not work.
After many, many phone calls, 13 emails, and 9 months later he does not have a car that he can ride, try telling a 4 year old why grandma sent him a present that is broke!!!! Of course now they can't take it back because it is past the time fram, only because they DON'T answer emails and phone calls!!! The people that have given this company a good rating obviously did not have a problem with what they purchased or they would definately have a totally different opinion. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RIDE ON TOY GO TO WALMART!!! AT LEAST YOU CAN RETURN IT ANYTIME IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT. That is exactly what I did last month for my grand daughters birthday, now she has a working car and he doesn't.
