Lenovo is the worst laptop vendor. I ordered a few laptops from lenovo. Got a confirmation email. My credit card was charged shortly. After a few days waiting, I got a cancellation email without a reason. Then, I called Lenovo's credit card department to ask them why. They (representative's name is Joe) said my purchasing is fraud and illegal. I was so shocked. I used my own credit card and called my credit card company to authorize this payment. I totally don't understand why lenovo told me this purchasing is illegal and fraud. I feel very insulted. I will tell my story to all my friends. Will not buy any lenovo products again.
