After the order was placed via sale rep (over the phone) I checked the receipt in my email and realized that the idiot who took my order gave me a laptop with a 500 gb hard drive when I specifically wanted a 640 gb hard drive, and charged me the same price as the laptop with the higher gb hard drive! I was mad to say the least! I called customer support and kept getting the run around, spending hours of wasted time on the phone listening to that stupid elevator music! I will Never never never order from DellAgain! I\u0027m just waiting for my order to come so that I can send it back.
