I've ordered from Macmall multiple times before and there was only one time where I've encountered troubles with their customer service. For that one troubling moment, once I told them about it they were extremely prompt in calling me directly to fix ther issue.

I feel everyone makes mistakes even companies. But it's what you do after the mistake is what separates your company from another that doesn't care because they have plenty of other customers.

Macmall excelled at working out my issue. I am confident that they care for their customers and I am happy to continue purchasing from them again.
